Cybersix ain't anime. The animation was done in Japan, but so was Batman: TAS. It is based off of a Brazilian comic series, and it was a co-production between the original creators, Canadian publishing and funding, and Japanese animators.Torrasque said:Really wanna say this one, but,Princess Molestia said:This, of course:

There can be no other answer... wooo oooo!I wanna also say Cybersix, but that classifies as anime in my mind, which deserves another thread.Aircross said:
Very unique series. I found out about it a few years ago.
If I were to include anime intros, I'd have about 8 different series that blow all of these out of the water. IMO of course.

Let's give this a second go, because I'm interested as to what the "badass" theme is.

Hmm? I know all that. But the animation, story, and especially that ending, all remind me of an anime more than a non-japanese cartoon.Soviet Heavy said:Cybersix ain't anime. Or perhaps we could be non judgemental and consider everything to be under the same medium. Anime is just the japanese word for animation anyways. They're all cartoons.Torrasque said:Hmm? Some of these other "american" cartoons seem pretty damn anime-ish.
If it makes you feel better, I could classify all animation as western animation, since original anime was based off of Scrooge McDuck, a western animation.
Ohh my god one of the most amazing shows I ever watched as a kid. Wish they had gone afew episodes longer to get afew more details about characters pasts in there, but still with what it was, it was fantastic.Aircross said:
