First, Anime clearly doesn't count, or we'd be here all day. Ok, so most of the really good ones have already been mentioned (Can't believe someone beat me to Megas XLR). Here's a list of what I think is missing:

Is it weird that me n my brother were probably more excited bout this show than our sister?
I was going to add the intro for the original series too, but as it turns out its kinds slow (It's still fun, but not in my "top" list).
Seen a lot of ppl mention this one, but no embeds. Short but sweet.
I could probably go on, but I think I've taken up enough space. There are several older shows that have fun tunes (like the Flintstones), but for me they don't quite hold up to the Rock/pop intros of more recent shows.
This thread reminds me that I watched a lot of american cartoons in my youth, and before I had mastered English, I would watch them in either Swedish or French (I'm a swede who grew up moving from country to country. Spent 6 year straight in French-speaking countries before having to learn English in international schools). Basically, for any show released in the 90's: I'll probably recognize it (and the intro tune), but I wont' recognize the voices (or words for the songs). This is especially true for Darkwing Duck , which I remember as the favourite cartoon of my youth, dubbed to Swedish (Probably cring-worthily horribly as well).
EDIT: Sorry, almost forgot. I think this is a relatively unknown cartoon, and the intro is more than good enough to stick in your head for a whole day (Even if it's been years since you watched it).
