Best Dialogue in Game?

In my opinion

Grand theft auto Vice City has the best dialogue(among other things)

but my favourite lines from any game were:
Assassin's creed 2:

Ezio: I have no money for this doctor of yours!
Federico: wasted it on women and wine, huh?
Ezio:I would hardly call it wasted, why don't you pay for this doctor, or have you done the same?

Besides the comment where he is walking with his mom
Mom: you need to find an outlet for your energy
Ezio: I do have an outlet
Mom: Besides vaginas

I kinda sat there for a second with the game paused and thought to myself wtf was that.... if there are anymore lines like that in this game i'm gonna stop playing. There were none thankfully because i would have played anyways.

I mean I have never enjoyed humor as much as i enjoyed the humor in Portal, it was very dark and creepy but it made me laugh, and the game itself, was in fact quite brilliant.

Made me laugh every time.

Sheogorath in Shivering Isles says some funny things as well.
