. Came out a month after I was born in '89.
Just Cause 2 is the only one I've played and I enjoyed it.
Final Fantasy never really appealed to me but I have heard so many good things about Chrono Trigger so I'm probably going to have to try it.

A lot of good ones to choose, ff6, chrono trigger, xenogears are up there, but so is ff13 which is my 2nd favourite ff game. Not a popular decision I know but I have my reasons and Ive heard every reason why its the worst and quite frankly I disagree, except for NORA, they suck.
I really liked Drakengard when it first came out. Final Fantasy VII is a really cliche choice. Vagrant Story and Dragon Warrior are both games that were amazing in their own rights from the days when Square and Enix were separate competitors and not a merged company. I can't choose.
Either Chrono Trigger or FF-IX. Both were good in the fact that they had excellent stories, deep characters, and DIDN'T HAVE F*@#ING VANILLE!!!

My favorite Square game: Super Mario RPG.
Square Soft: Final Fantasy Tactics.
Enix: Star Ocean: The Second Story.

FFVIII, since it's my favourite game of all time.
Literally took me about 10 years to beat because when I first got the game at the age of around 5, I was too stupid to understand the junction system, then years later I played it again and learned it, loved it, but then the game would always crash on disc 2 where Balamb Garden took off. Played it years later again, which was a few months ago, played it from the start to the end because somehow disc 2 magically worked, got to the end and killed the fuck out of Ultimecia.
Finishing that game, was finishing my childhood.

errrrr.... toughie. Final Fantasy IX, or VI. But then again, Kingdom Hearts 1/2 or Final Fantasy Tactics too.
Sod it, they were all good. They should totally remake a few of their games for the modern generation.

I'm going to go with Just Cause 2. It is like someone took an action B-movie and turned it into a game. Over-the-top story that is very minimal but borders on insanity, hilariously horrible voice acting, and just an overall fun sandbox experience.

Overall, it would depend on my mood but if I had to choose between the two then it would be Chrono Trigger ONLY because I can play it on the go.

Kingdom Hearts II, the game play is awesome and battle is smooth. The story is awesome. If only the blody finish Sora's damn story so I can get on with my life!!

FFVII, it is my favorite, although there are a lot more games that are generally better it still holds a special place.
