Ocarina of Time, as said multiple times before me. You just can't top that little elf-man and his odd, green cap.

Well I have to say DK 64, Paper Mario, Super Smash Bros., and Bomberman 64.

Loved Ocarina of Time, loved Super Mario 64, loved Star Fox 64 but I still have to go with Extreme-G. My buddies and I had way too much fun with that game to leave it unmentioned.

- Mischief Makers (Silly, addictive and amazingly fun. Great boss fights and war levels.)
- Perfect Dark and GoldenEye (I was a shooter noob, so these ones blew my small mind)
- Gauntlet Legends (Extra fun was had when we got the RAM upgrade and could play 4-players :))
- Super Smash Bros (My whole street played this game together. There was always a line to play.)
- Bomberman 64 (Played multi-player on this game a lot. Still like it better than 2D bomberman xD. The single-player blew like all bomberman single player does)

Multi-player with friends and nostalgia fuel this list.

Conkers Bad Fur Day. They need to make a sequel to that, and not mess it up like they did with Banjo Kazooie.
Blasphemy! Tooie is the best adventure platformer ever!
The galaxy games rule as pure platformers, but even today, I haven't played a game with such a sense of adventure as Tooie.

Kazooie was overrated.

Conkers Bad Fur Day, no contest.
what the-Ninja'd again?

Dammit, i was literally half way through typing those exact words when i scrolled up and saw your comment. Well you are right, the game has some serious balls even by todays standards. It puts all those 'controversial' games in perspective by having a gaint turd opera-sing "I am the great and mighty poo, and im going to throw my shit at you! Now how about some scat you little twat.
It's not hard to ninja you with this.

I mean the answer as I said is no contest. It's better than it's remake and that says a lot

"But...ya haven't got a beard. "

Parfect Dark.

Rogue squadron was awesome too.
Agreed, I think Perfect Dark was much, much better than Golden Eye *ducks flying shoe* in both story and multiplayer *ducks thrown desk* and I played it constantly when I wasn't playing Zelda OOT and Majoras Mask

The first three posts said my favorite N64 games.

Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Conker's Bad Fur Day and Perfect Dark[footnote]I like to imagine that piece of shit prequel called Perfect Dark Zero never existed[/footnote].

..I meant Nuts and Bolts <.<
That, eh... That makes more sense.
Now I feel foolish!

Actually if you had said "Banjo sequel" as opposed to "Banjo Kazooie sequel", I probably wouldn't have made that mistake. Woo for being overly literal!

nothing will ever beat starcraft 64! i was rather disappointed the more recent starcraft ii didnt take a few cues from that phenomenally successful title. alas.

but seriously, i really liked banjo kazooie. so iguess thats by favorite.

whenever i tell people i liked majoras mask better than ocarina, they look at me like i just slaughter their family right in front of them. i didnt mind the time limit, it gave a sense of urgency and made you have to plan ahead. plus you just felt so much more attached to the npcs
My god man, did you just slaughter my family right in front of me! Chock me up as one who doesn't understand liking Mask over Ocarina. Mask was a great game, but it just didn't fill that Epic itch that Ocarina did. I also really liked the slightly darker parts, like retrieving the eye of truth from the city well, and finding the zombie guys after you first, uh, change times. Really made me feel like a valiant hero.

Mask had you playing a little kid collecting little kid toys. It had good game design, but it just didn't play well with me. Maybe if I had played it when younger?

I'm also one of the few people I know who actually liked Majora's Mask more than I liked Ocarina.

Donkey Kong 64 is my favorite with Banjo-Kazooie a close second.
