Not if you've ever watched boxing. Still, they are pretty dern cool.
I'd recommend Pan's Labyrinth because, while only some of the violence is actual fighting, all of it is brutal. The Tony Ja movies are good choices, too; less realistic, but it's evil, evil Muay Thai.
Yeah, they're not particularly realistic, but still fun. Though the latest Rocky's fight scene seemed alot more real than the previous ones. I think Millionaire Dollar Baby and Ali had the most believable boxing scenes. Pan's Labryth had some brutal moments, especially this scene [link]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poOCXeFlX3U&feature=PlayList&p=EBC287360163F68D&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=49[/link]

Edit: Woops, sry metalmmaniac, just realised you already posted the Pan's Labryth scene.

Ahh, thankee opening poster. I do believe my boredom can be lifted by seeing people beaten within an inch of their life.

Just as a side note, not sarcasm. People don't see to understand when I'm joking or not nowadays.

The corridor fight scene (there's a link on first post) was excellent. It's one of the few fight scenes with one guy versus a group that looks so believable. Love that scene ^-^.

I remember Watchmen being a never ending bloodfest. I actually thought it was kind of a bit too much, don't know how faithful to the comics it was. Pretty goddamn brutal.

Yeah watchmen certainly did have it's bloody moments. The ones that particularly spring to mind are the arm breaking in the sidestreet and the circular saw in the prison.

For hooliganism I thought Football Factory was pretty superior. Here's a few clips:

The second one is pretty much in there because I found it hilarious, but I guess if you aren't British you might not find it as funny.

That shit was brutal, I almost tasted those blows. But why did he want him to put the glasses on? i've never seen it.

Rocky takes a hundred punches, has a face like a red cauliflower and is still standing, then hits his opponent 8 times then they go down? Nah, not too realistic. Great to watch though.

Oldboy was the first film where I thought to myself 'If there ever were a multi man fight in a corridor, this is how it would happen'. It was just great. Disturbing film, but actually not as gory as the other two films in the series.

Oh and Casino had some of the most brutal beatings I've ever seen in a movie, and the part at the end was just...wrong.

The fight scenes in Fight Club were some of the most realistic I've seen, showed how gritty fights are and that not every punch and move ya make is perfect, in fact sometimes they end up just randomly swinging/slapping at the other dudes. As for most brutal, I'm unsure because I've seen so many bloody fight films I can't choose just one.

Oldboy is a slightly odd film (which i still enjoyed though), but i absolutely love the corridor fight scene. Yeah, Casino had some very brutal beatings in it. It was really quite a bit more violence than Goodfellas.

Fight club had some excellent scenes in it. They had a nice combination of stand-up and ground fighting and they often seemed sloppy and believable. I especially love the meaty sound of someone getting punched. The sound of someone getting punch in older movies is just unbearably bad i find. My favourite fights in the film were probably; Tyler Durden getting beat up by the mafia guy and The Narrator versus Angel Face. Especially the latter, and how terribly beaten up he gets.

The director of Ong-Bak did another flick called "Chocolate" starring a dancer named Jeeja Yanin and she had to train for two years for the role plus another two years to film it. Watch the credits and see how many times she smacked, punched or kicked in the head. Ouch.
