Penetration of what? Penetration in BC2 is pretty near a binary thing, the M95's less accurate and clumsier with a steeper drop pattern. It's big advantage is that it's a 1 hit body shot to something stupid like 50 metres. Makes a great shotgun.DazBurger said:I really loved playing with the SV98, but after some time I finally switched to the M95.SkarKrow said:Yes.ShinyCharizard said:The M24 from Battlefield Bad Company 2:

It's just perfect, perfect range, accuracy, reload speed, and it's the first one you get.

That gun is brilliant, though I now favour the SV98 for it's lower sound and flash signature and similar lethality (also prefer the scope). But the M24 comes out for particular vengeance quests or taking down those with a lower star count on it.
While it felt a bit clumsy, it gave a great boost to penetration, which helped a lot against enemy snipers and them pesky attack-helicopters.
I really hope it makes a return in BF4^^
I dealt with attack helicopters with AA guns and rockets. The M95 was ok for a cheeky kill steal on it though. In vietnam I just loved feeding helicopters to the Pig though (;
I have a couple gold stars on the M95 but ultimately I prefer the usability of the SV98 and M24, the GOL is really just kind of pointless, it's accuracy only helps at super-insane range (The entire length of atacama desert or so).
I hope BF4 fixes a lot of the issues with BF3.
