Father Ted. Best Irish comedy ever, anyone else from Ireland should agree with me; if they don't they're not Irish!! 
J/K But really it's brilliant! Though it's sort of an Irish sense sense of humour so most won't get it, look it up on youtube though because it's worth a look!
(Okay, technically it was made by channel 4 in England, but it's set in Ireland, with an Irish sense of humour and all the actors/actresses and characters are Irish and it's mainly just played in Ireland now!)
