While I may be not the biggest Skyrim fan, I damn loved fighting dragons and absorbing their souls. Being able to ride one is pretty exciting for me, since I love flying and would love the look at the beautiful Skyrim scenery from above.
Besides, dismounting from a dragon at the borders of a town is hell of entrance.

this dlc looks interesting but i have the same reaction to the other dlc. i will wait for the goty edition on the PC. i already own skyrim for the ps3(christmas present) and even if i could get any of the dlc i wouldn't buy it and wait for the goty edition on the PC.
what wrong with the exclusive for a month or so. at best it gives Bethesda extra time to make the PC release more bug free. at worst you just wait and in the grand scheme of life wait a month a longer for a video game dlc is meaningless.Macgyvercas said:
The next Elder Scrolls game I buy will be the GOTY/Ultimate edition of TES 6. Getting sick of having to wait for DLC because MS buys exclusivity every time. There should be some kind of law against that, seriously.
I think the possible comparison to Shivering Isles can go one step further, as it hints at Hermaeus Mora starting at 0:40.
It shows the player being dragged into a book by vines/tentacles/whatever and Hermaeus sometimes takes the form of a bunch of tentacles. Furthermore, the abundance of pages flying around hints at his realm, Apocrypha, said to be an endless library. At 0:49 and other parts, the buildings seem to be at least partly made of piles of books. Lastly, in his daedric quest, he foreshadows working with the player in the future, with the player as his champion.
As for the rest of the trailer, it seems very awesome, especially with the sheer amount of new content the trailer hints at.

That's cool and all, but I think they fail to understand exactly how much ass my level 50 character (and I'm guessing, most other people's similar characters) kicks. There will be plot, there will be dungeons, but pretty much as soon as there's a straight line between me and this "First Dragonborn" that doesn't involve plot armor- it's over.
I for one welcome our new dragonborn overlords.

While it may be a bit cliche (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvilCounterpart), I tend to enjoy the villains who are a dark reflection of the hero, showing how evil the hero could be if he were to slip. If it's done well that is (not just blantant "hero but evil").
