Let me suggest something. I know it will be a shocking thought, and an unpopular one. Maybe, just maybe, the head honchos at EA know more about who is the best choice for a replacement CEO than us gamers sitting on a computer, looking at paper accomplishments to decide.
No, I'm not being sarcastic. I'm not saying he is definitely going to be a great choice. I am, however, saying that there is more than a good chance that they know more about his qualifications than we do.
Finally, as for the TOR F2P thing, it never said he was responsible for the F2P model itself, just the implementation. Say what you want about the TOR F2P model (yes, it is pretty bad), it was implemented smoothly. Maybe that's what will be best for Bioware: someone who can make development run smoothly.
