I got the first one and regretted it. I bought the second one because I'd already got a ton of points for some ME2 DLC, and I some left over. I regretted it slightly less. With this one....Pass.
I actually haven't fired up black ops up since I bought first strike. I mean, Blops is fun but honestly I've found myself rediscovering MW2 multiplayer lately. I probably won't toss anymore $$$ treyarchs way since I already plan to buy MW3, and will probably willfully accept their DLC spanking and say "Please, Sir, I want some more".
But... at least I've accepted that and can admit it. Hi, I'm FiveSpeedF150, and I'll probably be MW3's *****.
And oh yeah, original Nazi Zombies was fun. The new maps are just too involved considering you're guaranteed to get beat in the end anyway.

No Thanks. I don't play the multi-player, but I love the zombie games. I'll wait until a deal of the week comes along. They need to stop punishing players like me, and release the zombie maps separate for a smaller price. Say 400 points. But I guess that would involve them being 'nice'.
But...but we on the PS3 JUST got our map pack. I'm STILL trying to get the last trophy with the sniper rifle. I got all the rest. Still, I'm excited. I knew the last map would take place in a jungle--as should anyone else who was paying attention. It will be good to have Nikoli and the others back. We must stop Richtofen from taking over the world!

Guess activison is trying to get another $15 from everyone before MW3 comes out... Big surprise there...
I miss the old days when £19.99 would buy me a full expansion with actual changes to the base game that justified the price tag.

LoL, wow. I can't believe people still buy this stuff. Life must be sad for a lot of folks. There is lots of interesting games coming out, I can't fathom why people wouldn't want to spend money on something new, rather than rehashing what they have done a million times.
PS. I think the replacement for the capcha system is completely shameless. There is such a thing as over advertising. I seem to mentally autoblock these things. It's like they don't exist.

Since when was $15 for 5 maps considered ridiculous. Honestly it's cheap when you compare it to some games who give 30mins of content (I'm looking at you Dante's Inferno and Assassin Creed 2/Brother Hood) for $6-7. This can easily fill a weeks worth of fun, specially if you have friends. If you don't have friends, well I can see why you are so damn bitter about it.
I wish they would bring out a DLC pack with only Zombie maps, thats the only part of the game I play now. But hey as the article points out if they keep making money I don't see them changing the formula any time soon, what would be the point? With MW3 out later this year I expect this to be the last dlc, though I bet I end up being wrong.
