Dreiko I have a question though I doubt you have an answer. Do you know any arcades in your area when you were in greece? I'm going to Europe soon and I'd be glad to visit any communities that I might be overlooking.
I wasn't into this type of thing like now when I lived there about 6 years ago. There were old style arcades in old taverns and whatnot when I was growing up, also in large ships we used to go to the islands for vacation (those were really awesome btw, I used to look forward to the trip more than the vacationing itself as a kid XD) but around early 2000s I think there was a problem with people having the arcade machine double as gambling machines and having a huge problem with illegal poker machines in establishments without permits. The end result stupidly enough was to pretty much ban arcades all over the country pretty much, only with a few special places escaping which I think had the fate of most places in America, losing popularity and eventually closing.Halo Fanboy said:
The last large enough place I went to was back in 2002-2003 I think which was pretty up to date and had enough things to make it survive the ban but it had sadly closed by the time I wanted to go there again. They had tekken 4 which for me was basically the best thing ever and there wasn't a console version out yet so it was quite the blow
