i still play diabloII and starcraft...¬¬ and ok cheating its bad, but a 30 days ban seems a lot to me.
why is a 30 day ban much? :S, they broke the rules of the game and the account, they should be happy they get a second chance not to do it again.

Diablo II is built around cheaters so banning them is just for the show. It would be mathematically impossible to gain some of the top tier stuff if it wasnt for cheaters hell they even built SoJ/Torch system around cheaters selling duped items so community gets an useful super charm everytime enough SoJ get sold on certain IP.
Urgh...

"Cheating is OK when the game is hard"? If you don't enjoy the game, PLAY SOMETHING ELSE. You're not obliged to do things you don't enjoy, and ruining the experience for people who play properly and enjoy the game is just selfish.
You dont seem to understand the basic fundamentals of the game. When it takes 72 THOUSAND hours of grinding to find certain items, the game economy becomes fueled by cheaters.
That doesn't hange my fundamental point. If you don't want to spend "72 THOUSAND hours" aquireing something, then don't. The game was designed to be experienced on a certain way. If you don't enjoy that experience, why bother with it?

The game was designed so you could only get decent items through cheating and that was the experience we were enjoying. Since Blizzard never even tried to get rid of cheats for obvious reasons, there was no way to actually experiance a cheat-free diablo.
