Blizzard Reveals Warcraft Movie Trailer

The orc lady doesn't look orky enuff. Other than that, looks like it could be fun.

I think she's supposed to be the half-orc assassin. Cue silly Hollywood romance subplot.

She had a romance plot with Medivh who they both had a child who became a character that became completely irrelevent to the Warcraft lore. I mean he does not even appear in the World of Wacraft game.

Meh, I'm cautiously optimistic, even if I haven't played Warcraft in ages (not that big a fan of World of Warcraft, to be honest). It's likely only Warcraft fans are going to see this movie, but the story will probably be more streamlined. Fine by me, the lore has gotten a bit complicated, hasn't it?

Another thing that jarred me was the footman armor. It looks really weird when its "real".

Yeaaaah, I think basing their live action armour design so closely around, imo, a pretty ugly vanilla armour design was a bad choice.

It's a bit strange. In this trailer the CGI looks way better than expected in one shot, then much shoddier in the next. Maybe I'll give the disk a peek, but I probably won't go to the theater to see it. It's not like this is a Starcraft movie or anything.

Did I mention how awesome a Starcraft movie would be?
