I remember Tauren females looking horrible. But that's just...There are no words that describe how ugly they are.

Werewolves are too damn cliche, and they're from dark, gothic looking Spookytown? Geez! That's about as lame as "jogger finds dead body in the bushes" setup in all those CSI/Law and Order shows. Put some thought into this crap, Devs.

I know they wanted to give Alliance a beast race, but if Horde gets something as awesome as Goblins, how about giving Alliance the Pandarens? It might be enough to make Horde want to switch sides for once.

They're awkward. They look disfigured and stitched up rather than anthropomorphic. They were probably hard to design since it took them so long to be revealed and i really hope this isn't the finished work. They're really ugly. What is it with female versions of BEASTS having to have a slender figure, boobs and an upright posture when the males don't, anyway?

Well, the furrys will be happy.

I have to say I don't like how sleek the model looks. I know it's a work in progress but they really need to add some sort of settle fluffy main (sp?) or something to make it actually look like a wolf. Male Worgens have that fantastic jagged look to them, these don't look nearly...well, furry enough.

I'm still rolling a male Goblin if i pick this up, that's all I'm saying.

This keeps being brought up. I think there are laws laid down that don't allow any media with violence involving Pandas in china, which is why it hasn't happened yet. That's what I keep hearing anyway, but I also know there's an equal number of people who say it's a myth.

Anyway , Did not really like the look of the female worgen , the male looks pretty cool , but yeah , the Female version looks to much as a cheap furry. Just sayn'

Originality is overrated, you can get just as far in making a good game with exceptional delivery as is with doing something new; a werewolf class--while certainly not as original as, say, the Draenei--can be even better than the Draenei if executed in a skilled fashion.

Not that that'd be hard, for blue space octopuses, the Draenei are extremely boring. =/

As for Pandarens, I don't think they'd fit in with either faction, you'd just as quickly get the Tuskarr instead--awesome as the Pandarens may be. =Y

It's Fur-tastic!

That being said, Good for them. I guess. More good vs evil imbalances though, as no one really wants to be a goblin. It's pretty bad at this point.
Hell yeah I do! If Gnomes ever team up with Goblins, NOTHING CAN STOP THEM!!! I mean, the Gnomes build a goddamn nuclear bomb ('radiation bomb' in Gnomergan) and the Goblins are well-known for their weaponry. World domination is within their grasp!

Also, the Goblins have a golf court. 'Nuf said.

Agreed. The Pandaren are the most awesome race ever created in any fantasy universe ever. Drunken samurai panda's? EPIIIIIC!!! *air guitar solo*

Blizzard Software: If it's female, we'll give it boobs then put 'em in a bikini.
Sorry, but I fail to see the usefulness in plate armor that leaves your midriff exposed.

Shouldn't they have more nipples?
When someone makes a game where you can play as an anthropomorphic dog with six breasts on their stomach, I will buy that game simply out of commendation for them being the first developers with an understanding on animal anatomy.

As nice as they look (and they do, fantastic models), I can't help but feel it's a shame that the Worgen (both Male and Female) could look a bit more.... beast like, they seem a bit too friendly in Worgen form.

I'd prefer it if they were fucking nasty brutes, the alliance's very own shock-troopers.

You know even though they're werewolves, I think they look really nice.

*EDIT* To all who complain over "There are furries in my WoW!!!111!" have you forgotten that the Taurens have been there since the start?
Taurens aren't really a furry thing. I mean, they're cows. Furries are into things with fur - wolves, dogs (eww), cats, foxes.

They look pretty cool, although I want to see the animations before I decide. I have a couple lvl 80 toons, so trying something new will be nice........ just like everyone else...

Furries don't arbitrarily draw the line at cows, they're pretty much anything they want to be--and trust me when I say that a good number of furries play tauren, they just don't advertise it like your expecting them to.

I'm surprised by the lack of druid-ness. You'd think with them being man-beasts that they might be more attuned to nature, but oh well. I assume they also have a starting buff to their hand to hand skill (not that it'll really be any good)?

Faction population varies by server, naturally. The total player population is skewed slightly toward Alliance (currently 51/49, according to Warcraft Census), but not enough to result in any universal trend.

As for the subject matter - yep. Furries will be happy. I think I'll stick to calling them Wolfoids, though.

Really? Werewolves? REALLY?!
Come on, and they're not horde, really?
Instead probably the epitome of good in the alliance furries..
Instead of a monster race, as an anthropomorphic wolf would be, instead they turn it into a fetish.
that happened LONG before WoW decided to put them in dood, cause ya know, all the furrs out there.
but that said, as some one whom dislikes WoW, ( an i mean a LOT ) that's actually pretty cool, more diversity in races the better i say. >.> but goblins ... really ... why ?.... i'm coming from the magic the gathering angle here, where their the ROCKS are smarter then them

Definitely something unsettling about that design. I'm sure I'll fire up a worgen just for the hell of it but I'm horde so I will have a goblin rogue and I will only use it to kill gnome rogues.

Also, is it odd that the first thought that went through my head with the female worgen design was that no one like an unkempt women in their southern part so the worgen must just be out of control?

So the plate and chainmail armours have bare midriffs... right... Standard RPG fare, even for wolves.
