Wow has anthropomorphic cows, horses, fish, more fish, snakes, sea snakes, crabs, lava snakes, mammoths, squids, spiders and whatever the hell they crossed humans with to make wendigos but only a select few of those are monsters.

These fit perfectly in the "overly cultured" victorian setting of gilneas.

I can't imagine I'm the only one who thinks that model looks totally stupid. The way the head sits on the neck looks... wrong.

Then again, it's not easy to make an animal head sit on a human (or human-like) body and not have it look retarded.

No reason for them to be on the Horde though, as they're not evil, neither are the Horde.
Horde are allied because they were saved/helped by one another, they rescued the Goblins from the Humans, so there's no way they'd ally with the Alliance, and the Night Elves brought the Worgen under Control, and so they're forever gratefull and...

Good gods. I just realised how much of a nerd I am.

that happened LONG before WoW decided to put them in dood, cause ya know, all the furrs out there.
but that said, as some one whom dislikes WoW, ( an i mean a LOT ) that's actually pretty cool, more diversity in races the better i say. >.> but goblins ... really ... why ?.... i'm coming from the magic the gathering angle here, where their the ROCKS are smarter then them

WoW goblins are actually pretty smart - they, with Gnomes, are one of the two "technology" races.

They're just... reckless. Very reckless.

That being said, Good for them. I guess. More good vs evil imbalances though, as no one really wants to be a goblin. It's pretty bad at this point.

I'm pretty sure Horde outnumbers Alliance on the vast majority of servers. I am not sure what he meant. Also, I think I would rather play a goblin than a worgen...go karts for the win!

I'm hoping that the details surrounding these models are true and that they are still due for some refinement. I'll still be happily rolling a Worgen female come Cata. The emotions are conveyed so much better with a Worgen then any other playable race it seems.

Now if only someone could get their hands on the voice audio files and the dance emotes...

I play on Trollbane if anyone is interested. The raiding guilds have all fled the realm since I quit but I don't really give that much of a crap. My buddies are still there, all I neeeeeeed.

Sorry, but I fail to see the usefulness in plate armor that leaves your midriff exposed.

There aren't that many plate models in game that do that.

Their bodily structure really looks a lot like a reskinned Draenei Female, especially in the sitting position.

Well the druid thing doesent surprise me, sense they where once human and all.

and this might make the ballance of Horde and Alliance even, sense there where few cool races on the Ally side.
