See, I'd play WoW, but I sold my soul to GameStation, and I don't want it back, they made it holy, and that would kill me.

Well, time to call Satan, looks like another fiddle war is going down...

If I still actually played wow, I'd probably reroll Worgen, just because all my friends play Alliance, I just could never get into any of the races. Werewolves = Win, however, being a transsexual furry and playing a female one when you're a dude = unwin...essentially fail

Seems like they turned out to be as attractive as everyone figured they would! And I don't even go for that kind of thing.

I am curious as to whether or not the female worgens' human forms will vary depending on your worgen form- maybe different skin pigments, hair colors, face structures?

At any rate, I'm increasingly eager to see the Worgen in action as time goes on. Looks good so far.

Insults aren't needed. I daresay that guy Cid Silversomething earlier in the thread won't be pleased if comments like this are posted.

Anyone seeing how the furries are creating "pictures" of that model right now?
Wait, isn't the worgen created for pure chaos? Could someone explain to me why the allience would EVER ally with werewolves?

Quite frankly i'll be shocked if they haven't been there a while. Even before the cataclysm leaks.

Because they are cursed Gilnean, who have gotten back their free will. The Gilneans aren't Alliance either, but they used to be. They left when their involvement was no longer beneficial to them, which it now is again.

As for worgen being created from pure chaos I don't even....
Those that were first appeared on Azeroth, via elunes scythe, were at first somewhat intelligent, able to take orders and such. They then kinda... went a bit insane. It's implied that on their home planet they're fighting a losing battle with the Burning Legion (who kinda are created from pure chaos)

I'm more interested in the mechanics for thier "form switching".

Can I do everything in human form? In which case, who else will be rolling a Worgen for thier racials and then spending all thier time in human form?

Human druid, huzzah!
When you enter combat, you automatically shift to your Worgen form.
Awww, that's no fun at all.

Although watching a mounted worgen ride through a zone would be funny;

*riding along, human form*
<+Combat>
*shifts to worgen*
<-Combat>
*shifts to human*
<+Combat>
*shifts to worgen*
and so on...

>.<

I wonder if it dismounts them...

Unfortunately Worgen have been the worst handled race in the Warcraft Mythos in terms of continuity.

They've currently got three seperate canon incarnations, none of which have ever been repealed and two of which directly contradict each other.

Originally Worgen were magical beings from a parallel dimension who entered Azeroth attracted by the magic there.

Alongside this they were also summoned to Azeroth by Elune (Night Elf Goddess) to help fight alongside the Night Elves (see: Scythe of Elune quests in Darkshire for cause of Worgen infestation there).

Then ontop of that, they weren't magic-hunting creatures, but some form of infection similar to werewolves (see Shadowfang keep) that seems to be spread.

Personally I thought that they were better as the magic-hunting "aliens" come to Azeroth. Can't say that I'm not looking forward to them being released though, mainly for the Victorian vibe they seem to have going on.

Ok, the Armor on this Worgen is really nicely detailed //. That is the one thing about this game, the detail that has gone in to end-game models for both armor and weapons is top notch, pity they done do the same thing to low lvl equipment

I think I like the look of the male Worgen's better, its the hair that really give it the wolf like menace but here its lacking

Well, Blizzard just lost my business! I was honestly thinking about buying WoW until I saw this(yes, I've never played World of Warcraft before, SHUT UP). Seriously, WTF?

Hmm...if they give them human hairstyles, THEN I'll be scared.
If that happens, I am forever forsaking PC gaming and going back to playing Fallout 3 for the rest of my life.

You might want to roll back your clock... about... 5 months...

Rule 34 works fast.

There is Rule 34 of the new Upcoming Pokemon game already.

In fact.. 3 days after the new starters we're released, Rule 34 was already produced.

And the only reason I know this, is because I spent some time /v/ during the past weeks...

I took a break from /v/, after this one pokemon thread derailed with someone posting a picture of Smugleaf looking like a Dominatrix. Then someone posted gore porn of Wotter. Then it really, really went downhill.

Yeah, that's /v/ for you, for better or worse. At least that time they weren't posting countless pictures of Garrus and squealing, "Ooh, Garr-bear, let's go on a date and eat muffins, and watch Queer Eye For The Straight Guy! Eehehehee!" [http://4chanarchive.org/brchive/dspl_thread.php5?thread_id=49037450&x=v+is+gay+for+Garrus]

I mean, geez, if you like him, that's fine, I do too, but the freakin' Talimancers have more shame.

The funny part is that the thread I posted is absolutely genuine. It's right there in the archives.
