scouts will be my new best freind (were heavies killing stickies and killing spies) but with that bat hell just need a scout to line em up while SG racks em up :D

spy is going to be IMPOSSIBLE to play, everyone'll be scouts and i'll be trying to avoid moving while anyone is looking XD

I'll have fun heavy and pyro days when this starts...
Anyway,I think that they'll only take away doublejumping when you have the bat out.For example, when you have the Blutsauger out on the medic,it doesn't take away the crits on the bonesaw.Only the ones on that weapon.

So they told us January, it is now February. I think it's safe to say we will actually seee update around April.
When the update is released, being a spy is going to suck. Being an engineer is going to rock.

A tad overpowered imho. Throwing the enemy into a total stunlock this appears to be, doesn't really suit a hit & run combat support class.

But I guess we'll see. Valve took the 50hp away, Valve will nerf this.

Sandmans going to be perfect for the Goldbowl sentry fests. Just sit back and stun while snipers get easy pickings.

That would be the Backburner, it originally granted the Pyro an additional 50hp as well as guaranteed crits from behind. It made them too tricky to deal with so away it went.

As for nerfing the Demoman again, maybe he's next for the update and Valve want to give folks who are griping about all the nerfs something to actually aim for.

ahh.. i've been looking forward to this update as i was slowly going a bit tired of the game.. But still at work so the joy will have to wait..

Does the stun make the foe come to a complete stop or just slow them down alot?

As far as me and my clan understand it, once you select the baseball bat, you lose all doublejump abilities, whether you have it out or not. Otherwise its no penalty at all. Its same as the original bonus health the backburner gave the pyro. He had the health all the time, even when not equiped.

Sweet, I love class updates. Not only is it fun earning achievements, but seeing two teams made almost entirely of scouts/heavies/medics/etc. is so damn awesome. I can't wait to get a new kill streak as engineer! *evil grin*
