Trouble is, those outfits do ask for trouble, yeah fair enough its not right to ban them but i can see it from their point of view. It could lead to trouble later such as guys and various other problems that revealing clothing brings.

To be honest, i certainly wouldn't wear anything like that in public.

I love the fact South Korea is all we know as "Korea" now. North Korea is ignored, because it's full of filthy reds, durhur.

At least call it South Korea, which it is.

So, who gets to go up with a tape measure and decide EXACTLY where the pelvis ends to enforce the rule?

Hey, they laid down rules beforehand. It's probably a family-friendly event, and you don't need to wear something resembling a swimsuit to attract attention. In my opinion, the lady on the left is better-dressed anyway, so... yeah.
I might have been ninja'd, but thier were specially designed age wristbands used to prevent minors from going into certain booths, including the Blade & Soul booth.

I think the costumes highlight a reason people think games are sexist: stupid exploitative costumes. The one on the left isn't bad, it's just that she has clothes/armor everywhere but her chest (read: cleavage). It's the one on the right that's bad: who goes around the world, even a fantasy one, looking like they forgot to put on pants?
Agreed. Only exception to that trait I can think of is Samus Aran; admittedly, her bio-suit is a little... you know, but 95% of the time she's slaughtering armies of Space Pirates and blowing up planets in a high-tech suit of armor.

It looks like the one on the right is missing the bottom half of her costume.
Prolly got lost at the baggage claim. XD

Seriously though, those costumes themselves aren't that bad. I've seen skimpier outfits and camel-toe emphasizing bodysuits at vehicle expos. Especially East Asian vehicle expos. If this took place in a more fundamental area like in the Middle East, I would understand as culture is culture and blatant disregard for a nation's culture while in said nation is completely out of line.

However in Korea's case, if vehicle exhibition shows can get away with it without so much as a wary glance then why single out video gaming?

Yep, korea blows. Not going there anytime soon. Banning the babes... what are they, GAY OR SOMETHING??
You sir isn't. Also if you want Starcraft 2 then thats probably the first place to get it. And Diablo 3. I think people here don't get that they broke a rule and hence got kicked out. Oh well! In the GWR Gamers Ed it goes!

Only uppity, undersexed, post-menopausal, catholic bitches would make such horrible rules!

OT: NCSoft knew the regulations and didn't abide by them by either turning them down or at least providing appropriate attire so I can understand the why they got booted, but not the who would treat such lovely ladies so rudely (besides my original assumption that is) and actually call them out on it during a convention.
