I heartily second this. Borderlands was fun, but with the possible exception of the Dr. Ned add-on, it was sorely lacking in environmental variety.players will get to explore unvisited regions of the planet, hopefully ones that aren't deserts.

I guess it's because in CoD the weapons are fixed, you get one gun you like and you're likely to use it for the whole level. In Borderlands, there's always the prospect you will find a better gun than your current ones in every chest you open, every mission you complete, thus making it harder to find a gun you would stick with.Vrach said:Yeah I know what you mean actually, I was mostly using CoD as it's a widely known example (personally prefer the feel of some Battlefield guns). But I dunno, when I jump into that game (not a fan of multiplayer, talking singleplayer here), I don't feel bored holding a weapon. I sadly am in Borderlands and again, I can't quite put my finger on why.RYjet911 said:Eh, I disagree almost entirely on CoD about the feel of the guns. The sounds are too tinny, the recoil for nearly all guns is too small and when they hit they don't seem to have an effective impact. At least for me anyway.Vrach said:No, it's not the guns themselves, they're awesome. They just feel... off. Maybe it's the sound, I don't know, I can't quite put a finger on what it is, but you know how the one thing everyone agrees on about CoD is the fact the guns feel just right? That's exactly what's missing here for me.RYjet911 said:Awww, give the guns some credit... Some of the shotguns. Holy crap! It shoots rockets!Vrach said:Now that's what I wanted to hear! Couldn't stand the first game due to awful story presentation and I felt like it had tons of potential to be amazing. Hope they improve the feel of guns as well, they never felt really exciting to me.Grey Carter said:Gearbox has also promised improvements to the series' story presentation and mission structure.
NO! If we erase it then we can never learn from it! ಠ_ಠAva Elzbieta said:Oh man, that's the best news I've heard since finding out a memory wipe could forever erase Duke Nukem Forever from my mind. Can't wait to have more adventures with Mordecai!
Why? If you play as her, it's first person. If you don't, then you don't interact with her. And besides, the internet has the best T&A you'll ever find, and it's free.James Crook said:Bigger T&A for the female character thank you very much.
