Ok, if the game is as humorous as the trailer was its definitely a worthwhile buy lol. Punch a midget's leg off and skills for the payment of bills!!!
It depends on what you CAN'T run on high. I don't think you will have problems running it.Vault boy Eddie said:Also, how good will it run on a PC that can run, oh I don't know, Fallout 3 on High? Cause system requirement charts sometimes are too generalized to get a good feel for how it will run.
Yea I get what youre saying, they are both totally different experiences, but it was always a toss up as to which I wanted, and the format of Borderlands really appeals to me. I don't feel the need to get a certain game just cause "Everyone is gonna play it!" If Borderlands has a smaller fan base but gets the job done then that's mighty fine by me.Croaker42 said:At first..... I didnt really want to buy the game. But last night, due to several friends that dont even have the game yet, I droped the cash.
From this point on I can honestly say I have no regrets about it. I can actually say, its the most fun I have had in a while. The game just felt good. I have not had the opportunity to get the multiplayer going. But I am looking forward to getting a solid group of people going.
In warning I will say that you shouldent look to this game if your buying something to replace that other game. (You know that one we are not suposed to talk about.) In that sense start playing BF2 or 2142 (Thats a real fight.)
Phase walk it one of the coolest things I have seen in a long time.
I have advice on the Multiplayer!Vault boy Eddie said:Does it tell you what you have to do for it to work? Or is it a Bon Chance! figure it out yourself deal.APPCRASH said:If you can get the multiplayer to work, then it is an awesome game. Have fun fucking around with your router settings!
This! Oh god this! I've just restarted with Brick and have just picked up a Corrosive Artifact. The upshot of this is that Brick... Brick shoots acid from his fists.Toty54 said:I don't know about that. Brick can pretty much annihilate anything in his path when he goes beserkorannis62 said:I suggest you go Siren, otherwise known as the best class ever (although most people will tell you Soldier).
Any chance you're on the PS3? I have an Orange and a couple of purples that I don't want to sell because I've got $9,999,999 and it seems like a waste. I wouldn't mind trading for a decent purple/orange assault rifle (I'd have to check it out first, nothing below 70 bullets in the clip and an 8.0 fire rateDistorted Stu said:Awesome game. Im on a rare hunt, must fill 43 slots with oranges and purples!
Just like to add, this was my face when i was against a level 51 Spiderqueen Ultimate. It was such a fun, yet hard challenge!

Think of the opposite of this post and then you get the idea!haruvister said:The co-op isn't quite like L4D, insofar as you can't jump in and start blasting, because of the levelling system. It's easy enough to set up a game with friends.
It's not that great anyway. Imagine something somewhere between L4D and Fallout 3 but not half as good as either and you get the idea.
No it's nothing like Left 4 Dead, in fact in my eyes it's a piece of crap for multiplayer. Port forwarding isn't so bad, but the admin and player controls are shockingly bad. It's pretty much built from the ground up to help griefers ruin your day and it has almost no balancing and it seems to have a very poor flow of play as well, the slightest thing can freeze you all to one area, it can be really frustrating.Vault boy Eddie said:Is the 4 player co-op something like Left 4 Dead?
