This is why I have multiple hobbies. when I get bored of PC gaming I pick up a transmitter and take one of my RCs for a spin, and when one of them cocks up I've always got things that need to be fixed on my pickup. Should that not need anything I can afford to give it, I've also got legos and firearms[footnote]-snip-[/footnote] on hand to entertain myself.

lol I need a hobby. One of my main problems is that I just moved to a new town and don't have a job yet and don't start school until fall semester. So I literally know nobody. I hate hanging out at bars too. Not a good place to meet people imo.

Join a team. Any kind of team. It's really hard to hate people on your team, so even if you have terrible social skills, chances are you'll make friends. Especially if you're good at whatever you are in a team for.

ie. Good at football? Join a local team.
Good at art? Join an art class and help people with whatever they're doing.
If you live in Australia try this out. It's that community shed thing. You get together with other blokes and make shit for the community. It's all free, and volunteer stuff. But it gives you an opportunity to hang out with other people who also have nothing better to do. "Because men don't talk face to face, they talk shoulder to shoulder."

Lol I can't drink alone. Though I have before done this. Whole bottle of jack while playing CSS. Ended up on the floor and a puddle of puke.
