Hey all, summer has come around and I'm trying to lose some of the weight I gained over the exam period.
At Uni I plan to start Boxing so I figured I'd start the roadwork and core exercises now.
Now here is my snag. I have no clue where to start.
I know that running, dieting and stuff is good, but in what amounts and what exercises in particular?
