I actually agree with every single one of their choices, so I'm not seeing any ignorance here. Reviews and "Top 10s" are ALWAYS opinions, not fact.
Strangely, I do so too. Every single of them except the Playstation Move, don't know about that. Alan Wake, too, since I had no expectations of it before.

OT: That said, "disappointing" is different from "bad". If Mass Effect 3 came out with a 8.5 rating, it's good, but it's disappointing.

And by the way, unless someone tries to pass off something that is factually wrong as right, or otherwise, he is not being ignorant. This list is an opinion.

And no, I do not like IGN. Not since I found the Escapist and they put Magneto ahead of Joker in the "Top 100 Comic Book Villains" list.

that list is TEN FULL of disappointments! meaning its a GREAT list!

note about the word disappointing. if you waited 5 years for a game, expecting it to be God's last gift to mankind, and it turns out to be about an 8.5, you bet your ass that's disappointing!

Everytime I wanna read my quota of Fanboy whinning I check the comments section on IGNs youtube channel. It's kinda laughable.
I think most fanboys would shut up if IGN just removed the numeric score in the end. It seems most of the time they just cover their ears and get to the number in the end, then they start crying "wahhhh, this games deserves a 10.0 because I LIKE IT, wahhhhh IGNorants, wahhhhh!"
