You're talking about the company that paved the way for mass micro-payments with their map packs and you're surprised they aren't being good to their fans? Bungie have never given a hoot about the fans.

Probably true, but that's not really what's being debated.

Bungie didn't put prices on the DLC, I think it was Microsoft. Besides, I liked the episode. Bungie is probably more faithful to their fans than 99% of the developers out there. They actually pick game types and map variants from the community and let everyone play them. They never have screwed over their fans either.

Nonsense, Bungie decided that the gametypes would be map specific, that can't be palmed off on Microsoft. There's no reason the most beloved gametypes, e.g. snipers, should be only for the newest map packs.
