Viewtiful Joe 3. Note to all developers: It's probably not best to flat out state there will be two more sequels at the end of your game. It makes some people very depressed if your game kicks ass and you never deliver on that promise. (I'm not counting Double Trouble. The ending of VJ2 was most certainly setting up something different)

I really think the Legacy Of Kain series should continue!

I want to see Kain, Raziel and Nosgoth in full Current Gen Sexiness!

The Advent Rising Trilogy.

That game had real potential, and with proper funding probably would have been fantastic.

Battlefront III; it looked incredibly awesome (although I'm still sorta hoping it's coming after the Gamespy server incident).

It's not actually on those lists yet I don't think.

http://www.fallout-on-line.com/ Is the website for it, where you can sign up for the beta, however. Something tells me they're on about an earlier game, though.

On topic, I wish they hadn't cancelled Shenmue 3, sigh.

I don't think anyone here would agree, but I would have loved to see Enclave 2. The first game wasn't well-received at all, but I loved it, and played through the good and evil campaigns were extremely fun to me.

Legacy of Kain: The Dark Prophecy... The only Legacy of Kain game that I didn't play was Soul Reaver 2, and that's because of my lack of PS2, but I loved every other LoK game. The game was canned in 2008, apparently. I'd love to hear Simon Templeman be Kain again.

Also, Battlefront III.

Mirror's Edge 2, I would love to see how they would improve the problems of the original, what they would change, fix, and hopefully make more streamlined and enjoyable.
It wasn't canceled was it?
If it is then that. Other then that I can't think of any game that was canceled that I was looking forward to.

Deus Ex Online was a promising idea. But it was more of a side project for amateurs... so many of those never finish.

Other than that: Duke Nukem Forever of course... Dungeon Keeper 3 maybe...

I'm gonna go with Manhunt for the ps2. The plot was fairly original and even though it ended up in just straight up gun fights I will forgive it for the fact that you started off with just a little dinky bag for a weapon and evolved from there.
They did a sequel on the Wii. Apparently it wasn't very good and it got banned in lots of places.

I do think Manhunt had its merits but for me playing it was like psychological torture.... which I suppose is a compliment as it seems that's what Rockstar were trying to achieve.
