do i have a way to cook said person? like a lighter and some kind of fuel for some kind of fire?
if yes, I probably would... how bad is the storm? like a tornado, or just plain old rain? if it's rain I'd say 'screw this' and leave the shelter,it's not like I'm made of sugar, i won't melt.
would there be a penalty if I did? like prison etc? if no, then let's dig in

As long as I find a way to cook him, and there is some kind of seasoning nearby I'd probably do it. And a sink to clean him first. >_>
Cannabalism solves the world hunger problem AND the overpopulation problem at once, so it's all good anyway, but this scenario is a braindead yes. It's for your own survival, so assuming he doesn't eat you first, aside from a double suicide, it's GOING to happen.
I would eat someone, if they had already died. I would not kill a person to live unless they were trying to do the same.
I have no problem killing someone or eating them. I have no ethical qualms over killing another human and meat is meat.
If there's a storm strong enough to keep you in your house that's lasted a month, chances are it's the apocolypse. So, it all depends:

You know, whenever I see people say this (and I mean everyone, this is no personal attack on you, ShadowKatt) I have to call bullshit. There are plenty of people that think they have no qualms about killing a human, but if the situation ever came up, 99% of those people will freak out (10% will shit their pants). Only a miniscule amount of people have absolutely no problem with it, and most of them end up in jail or mental hospitals, or some mix of the two.ShadowKatt said:

If he died before me, and there was absolutely no other forms of sustenance around, then I would probably eat him. Trying to kill someone who isn't trying to kill you or others, which morally means he has given up his right to life, is just wrong. What makes my life more important than his?
If they were selling human meet at a store, I would try it. I always wanted to see what another person would taste like.
