Good luck sleeping.
That episode with the little WW2 kids with the gas masks (I think) kept my brother up and when he finaly got to sleep he had nightmares and woke up sceaming.samaritan.squirrel said:A morbid fear of blinking and the word 'Mummy'. This is what the Doctor has given me.
I can somewhat relate. Back when Cloverfield had just came out, I started looking up stuff about it. One thing led to another, and the result creeped me the fuck out.NeutralDrow said:I made the stupid mistake of looking up a crapton of urban legends on Snopes, a few years ago, and was too scared to do much.
I fell asleep when I tried to watch it at ten. Haven't seen it yet.Myrddin Emrys said:Aside from that keeping me awake for about an hour longer than I had intended, the Exorcist, although my parents are quite evil and had me watch it when I was thirteen.
I know the feeling...it's late at night, and you're just strolling along to the tune of light action music (in-game, that is), when out of nowhere the whole attitude of the enviroment changes and then it attacks you, and your heart skips a beat...or two. I don't know why it happens, but when you're tired, the smallest things will freak you out.pimppeter2 said:A mudcrab snuck up on me.
Mudcrabs are pussies. Cliffracers will keep you up all fucking week.pimppeter2 said:A mudcrab snuck up on me.
lol! that's funny. Good episode, incidentally. I actually just watched the finale, last one w/ david tennant, was really good.thebobmaster said:I was sitting at the computer, trembling as I was typing, for the next hour, and I am still looking behind me every so often.
Thats OK, the gas mask zombies asking for their mommy scared the shit out of me.thebobmaster said:Well, I'm not going to be sleeping tonight. Why? Quite simple. It is almost 1:45 AM here. And I just finished watching an episode of Doctor Who. Which episode, you may ask? "Blink". If you've seen it, you know. If you haven't, I could describe it to you, but it wouldn't be enough. I went in with a description of the episode...and it wasn't enough. I was sitting at the computer, trembling as I was typing, for the next hour, and I am still looking behind me every so often.
So, have there ever been any moments, on TV or otherwise, that actually scared you to the point of not sleeping that night?
