Capcom: RE5 Marks "New Direction" For Series

Hm...well no telling how long it will be until RE6 comes out. I kind of think it's weird that they're rebooting the franchise again. Considering that RE4 did that a few years ago.
I guess they weren't satisfied with that reboot.

i guess ignoring what kinda game people really do want to play is the wave of the future.

That's actually a good thing, most "gamers" don't have a clue of how games should work, or what they want for that matter. They just want to play the same thing over and over.

It's probably healthy that RE not sit around celebrating its past too much. Without change, franchises tend to stifle and satisfy only the same people over and over.
