Ever since the death of Toonami, the only time I even glance at Cartoon Network is when Adult Swim comes on.
Hell, Toonami died screaming for a long time. The shows it was given slowly decreased in quality, and the number introduced dwindled each year. When Toonami died, it died a completely different block than what it began out as (even the image of it had this weird overly kid friendly appearance during its final days rather than the kickass robots we loved).
However Cartoon Network has slowly killed off every show I've enjoyed on it, and now it barely shows cartoons at all. While it makes things easier on me as now I don't have to wake up Saturday mornings to get a bit of entertainment, it feels sort of sad to see what it's passing itself off as now.
Cartoon Network, there's no way to win me back now, but at the very least don't become MTV, dropping everything that made you what you were until you finally aren't the same network anymore, for future generations.
