Dude, just phone the police or RSPCA or something. They will never know it was you And if on the off chance they do, well, there is a reason i have a big knife and an air rifle.
What i think would be really funny though, would be if the dogs attacked the chavs.

Killing and or torturing small animals is actually one of the early warning signs of a sociopath. Chances are then, that at least one of these kids is a legitimate sociopath. The actions of the rest could be explained by the results of Stanley Milgram's experiments, that being that people tend to follow the group, and to follow instructions.

Yeah, there is one child in particular that seems to be the ring leader. The best way to put it is him and a few of him family come across as... strange. And the other kids seem to follow him, I have no idea why. He even seems to attract more girls than the bloody shoe department and he looks like a dolphins bum. Although, he does only attract a certain type of girl, the type I wouldn't touch with a clown pole.

Damn, if I had a chance though, I'd go back in time and sterilize the parents.

Buy a gun, and if the dog comes into your property, gun it down. You legally allowed to do that. If the kids rasie a fuss ,well you have a gun.
Thats the most extreme course of action of course. I would go with the RSPCA myself.

So do I, and any dog will try and kill a cat if it can catch it. But going for other dogs is not on.

One of my cats hangs out with my neighbour's giant St. Bernard dog in my neighbour's backyard and doesn't get eaten.

Although I'm pretty sure that's a really old dog...

My cousin's dog was afraid of their cat, it kept getting swiped in the nose, but their dog is very much the "everything is perfect and love everything and everyone!" kind of dog.

OT: KILL THEM. I'm sorry for being extreme but I seriously hate these type of people, they don't recognize the fact that people and animals other than them have thoughts and feelings.

They should either get treatment until they aren't stupid and actually understand some basic concepts of right and wrong, or they should be jailed.

Add to this the fact that, statistically (although the majority of them are not violent unless provoked) 1% of our fellow humans are sociopaths. Studies of sociopaths have shown that they tend to be high intelligence, though they will sometimes put on facades to create the illusion that they aren't, and they are quite attracted to power. That said, it is not at all far fetched to postulate that a sizable percentage of the people who make our laws, are themselves sociopaths. So the sociopaths would be making the laws banning the sociopaths from having children. I can forsee that having some repercussions.

And even if one did put a law in place, and it somehow didn't deteriorate into a state-run eugenic program, how would you identify the sociopaths? Oh sure, we've studied sociopaths plenty, we know behavior like the torture and killing of small animals is a pretty good predictor of people who will grow up to be sociopaths, but unfortunately, it is not generally possible to identify a sociopath until after they have been caught commiting a crime.

The best thing you can do is keep a close eye on these kids, and when shit goes down, you make sure you call the police, and make sure they are punished for their actions. And, if at all possible, make sure you are not discovered as the one who turned them in. Unfortunately, there's not that much else you can do.

You're right, it would be a terrible thing to disallow some people from having children. But imagine if we stopped Karen Matthews from having another child. Or if we disallow children if somebody has a serious criminal record, drug and or alcohol problems, maybe later they could redeem themselves and regain the right to have children. It's not just for the sake of those who might have to suffer at the hands of their children, but also for the children themselves. I could see how it could be hi-jacked though. So it was a bad idea, that I said in a rage. I wouldn't have said such things a day ago, but after hearing this I was quite pissed off.

If I ever come across anybody doing that, I'm going to find the heaviest object at hand and proceed to break a bone or two. With no remorse. Whatsoever.

And I'm somebody who doesn't believe in violence and has the physique of an emaciated chimpanzee.

I have four cats so this is personal. If I knew them, I would report them.

As for your first question: Some people just think that way. I usually think it's to do with upbrining but it can be as a result of anything mentally scarring, or it could just be that they thought like that the whole time. Then, if he appears to be cool, others will follow in his footsteps to be cool as well and stick in the crowd, till it's like they're a completely different person.

And your second question: I don't know. The most popular thing to blame is the entertainment industry, stuff like video games, music, TV and film. Could be due to where they live, their up bringing, their family history, education and school life, social life, anything really.
