In this case, it isn't being used as a petty distraction to the story or the action. It is actually about sex and relationships. Sort of an evolution of those tacky dating sims, in such a way that can make it respectable to a Western audience. As far as I can gather, getting nudie girls isn't the objective. Just because characters have sex doesn't mean that the game is pornographic or even titillating. I mean, the main character is engaged to Katherine, of course they have sex. Besides, if you look at Atlus's games, you'd see that they don't really use cheap measures to get people to buy their games, they can be successful riding on their reputation alone.

How long does it take to go from no plans to plans? Now we know, about a week. I hope this isn't a hoax, or Amazon jumping the gun or something. That would suck, even if it wouldn't affect PC gamers like me.
