You're thinking way too small. This is the Shin Megami Tensei team we're talking about; chances are, she'll turn out to be Lucifer him/herself, and the last act of the game will give you the choice to either turn on her or join her in her hopelessly defiant attempts to overthrow God.

That's still small. She tempts you, then God intervenes and you now have to decide who to side with, but then you take a third option and kill/subdue them both and you'll be the new God-King of the universe. You then realize that power drives people mad (even madder than you are now) so you decide to retcon everything to a simpler time, before the nightmares. The End. Or is it?
