What I can't understand from people is why they don't respect other people's reasons for buying games. I don't have a clue why people buy each Madden year to year, but I respect that they see something I don't as that is a game series they've chosen to study, If they can justify paying for the enjoyment they'd recieve, then by all means go do it. There's no need for me or anyone else to berate them for something that's completely opinionative.
You answered your point for me. Just because I acknowledge that people buy a new game in a particular series for full price despite it being exactly the same game as before with roughly ~$10-15 of DLC content slapped into it doesn't mean I'm obligated to agree with it or understand it.
People want to complain about the fact that we never see anything original at E3, but then don't understand why someone would dare to complain about THEIR hotly anticipated title coming under fire for being essentially the same game repackaged.
I acknowledge that you like CoD and you're perfectly content rationalizing the price tag to yourself. You, in turn, will just have to acknowledge that I think that your thinking is ridiculous, and that if you want to complain about a lack of original content, you should probably stop re-buying the same game over and over first.
Captcha: "politically correct" Well, we know I'm not.
