Have you ever encountered a game that just cheats? I mean anything ranging from a computer making an illegal move in chess to games that make sure to put their hardest level at the very beginning right after the tutorial.

Not Halo Wars. Well, the AI may know where you are at all times but it is retarded and will attack with the same three types of units every time. And it tries to be fair by letting YOU know where it is at all times and by telling exactly when and where it will attack.Fat Man Spoon said:Any RTS game. I was refering to the Command and conquer games mostly. Don't own Halo wars.Cama Zots said:Not Halo Wars. Halo Wars. I tried the demo on easy. I demolished them. Then I tried it on average. It was like being stabbed in the eyes with a wooden spoon.Fat Man Spoon said:Any RTS game. They know exactly where you are, ALL THE TIME.
Truth, but I think thats what the RTS games have evolved into. You as a gamer are supposed to outsmart the computer that knows everything.Fat Man Spoon said:Any RTS game. They know exactly where you are, ALL THE TIME.
That happens on PC with people binding fire to their scrollwheel. Still not a huge advantage, and I find it funny whenver it happens. But people get well angry and thats funny aswell, some people take games too seriously.miracleofsound said:I've just come off a COD4 server where two guys had modded controllers, firing pistols like they were goddamn P90s with double tap.

I know, but it's still very annoying when you down a guy and he last stands you with his hyper mega space pistol...D4zZ said:That happens on PC with people binding fire to their scrollwheel. .
I've been accused of using a modded controller, but believe it or not I can fire a deagle(or any pistol) and G3 like an assault riffle. You just "hover" the trigger rather than releasing all the way.miracleofsound said:I've just come off a COD4 server where two guys had modded controllers, firing pistols like they were goddamn P90s with double tap.

That's fair enough but you can usually tell by the machinistic rhythm of the shots when someone is cheating.sneakypenguin said:I've been accused of using a modded controller, but believe it or not I can fire a deagle(or any pistol) and G3 like an assault riffle.
