Me I would combine a snake with a swordfish.

Hmm I would have a Wolverines attitude (vicious little gits) and legs (claws), Komodo Dragon or other thick skinned reptiles body for toughness, a desert Scorpians tail (scaled larger obviously), shark teeth (backwards hooked) and the head of a Lion. Obviously this would ignore the inherant disadvantages with splicing random animals and would all be one colour.

Alternatively a horse with a Narwhal's horn on its forehead (unicorn!)
