Here's the situation, as usual you're stranded on a desert island with unlimited food and water plus the gaming system of your choices and all of its games (If you choose ps3 you dont get ps2 games etc.). You're allowed to go online for 2 hours each day. For some reason (I dunno, magic or something) you can't communicate your whereabouts to anyone or make a raft out of cd cases.

Which console would you choose?

For me it would be a close call between PS2 and PC, PC winning just because its servers dont die out.

Edit: The computer can't have any programmes but the games you install.

If pc counts then pc, if not xbox 360

I believe that that's what most people will pick

PC isn't really considered a console so I'm guessing it doesn't count.
I would choose Xbox 360 if LIVE was paid for, otherwise I'd have to have a PS3 so that I could actually play online.

He said that you can only have games, and he computer only has stuff you've DL'd. So going on the internet wouldn't work.

If PC counts, then PC. It has wide capabilities and ludicrous library of games. On the other hand,backwards-compatible PS3 would be an easy ticket to R&C series. So it's a draw.

PC. As long as I can continually receive upgrades and new games for the rest of my life.

I'm a console gamer primarily but I'm sure that the only reasonable answer in your fantasy situation is PC simply because the PC platform won't be made obsolete for gaming at some point in my lifetime.

PC, a powerful one. Life would be complete with that, although my island might overflow with the hundreds of releases.

Ps3. Mine has BC, internet, and floats in the water thanks to it's airtight bulletproof casing which can be used to survive a nuclear attack. Also, I can pwn a noob on Lost Planet and tell them they'll never find me.
