PC if it counts. Otherwise a PS3 since Sony is supposedly going to stick with it for like half a dozen more years +, whereas the 360 will probably be replaced in the next couple. Also the PS3 has an internet browser so... Yeah.

If you can't have a PC...then Xbox 360 will have to do

PC all the way everything else is inferior to it in my opinion besides a slightly greater games library but I don't see why the PC doesn't have the same choice of games as it has access to everything the consoles do and then some.
