I work for Sprint Tech Support, and the iPhone has been nothing but headaches for us. The Blackberry phones, the Android phones, jeez, even the Palm phones and Windows phone work pretty good most of the time. The iPhones, though; we HATE those damn things. They're a b*tch to activate, the voice service is mostly half-decent, but troubleshooting for data is unfortunately very simple.
First we jump-start the data, and then update the phone. If that doesn't work, we have to MASTER RESET the phone! Then, we have to do the activation dance again. With most of our phones, the activation is pretty simple. We put in a command code, send the jump-starts, and BOOM, phone works. With the iPhone, it's Wi-Fi first, iTunes second, and then Network last. If all three fail, we have to send them to the store.
The ONLY reason you should buy an iPhone with Sprint is because they have unlimited data, with no fine print. If you have an iPhone and AT&T, you spend most of the time using Wi-Fi, or you end you end up with a phone bill that buttf***s your wallet.
So, from a professional phone tech, if you're debating between an iPhone and an Android, get the Android. Steve Jobs is dead. It's time to stop pretending the man can do no wrong.

We can tell the fanboys are getting smarter because they aren't trying to cover up how terrible it is to everyone else this time.
Shortly after we got the iPhone, this picture started circulating "the office".
EDIT: Reuploaded pic from other location. I was told some people can't see it.
