+1 for the revolver, but perhaps that's just my bias towards romanticized elements.

Really, political discussion in a thread like this lol, i'll bite. I'd say the residents of the 9th/lower9th killed themselves, If you talking about katrina, they had ample warning to leave, and it's not governments job to force their stupid ass out. If your talking about as a city, then its the lazy black people that reside in it. Yes the black guys that stand around in groups doing nothing, the ones that trashed the superdome, the ones that trashed the luxury cruise liner they brought it to house them(requiring 6 months to be redone).Rigs83 said:

Most of the 9th looks like this, except there will be just random cars scattered around, or random groups of black guys sitting around. There is murders all the time,its actually really sad that people live like that. really the first thing I could think of is Fallout.
