Alright so I said this wasn't going to happen for awhile because I was busy with other RPs but some of the ones I was in have slowed down and the Mass Effect RP is on hold until Monday and it should end on Monday when it starts up again anyways. I also said I had lost interest in it but not surprisingly I have got it back. I am just putting this up to see if people are actually interested in playing.
It is going to take place during the Mandalorian Wars, obviously, so you might want to know a little bit about that time. Easily looked up on the internet if you don't know. I haven't decided exactly when in the war this is going to take place but that is what this thread is here for. I will also tell you what you need for a character to also post in here. Once everything is decided I will close this thread and create the one for the actual RP and repost all the characters as well as the intro story. So if you are interested post a character and give any ideas if you have them.

Name: Corev Saal
Background: His background is mysterious and no one really knows where he comes from..he joined the Republic shortly before the War and quickly rose to General. He now has command of his own fleet.
Equipment: Vibrosword, Blaster pistol, Republic Armor and some medpacs.
Personality: Calm and collected he is the perfect example of a leader. He knows when soldiers must be sacrificed but he doesn?t do it if he can help it. Not easily surprised and will quickly adapt if he is.
For Jedi you need to post your Force Powers you get a limit of five. Most of you will not be higher than Jedi Knight because most of the Masters did not go to War. If you have an idea for being a Master PM me.

The Mandalorians have devastated many worlds outside of Republic space, killing and enslaving many. The threat they posed to Republic space was not realized and the Republic regretted it dearly when years afterward the Mandalorians launched an assault on Taris and other worlds like it. The Republic responded by sending in their fleets and the war ground to a stalemate until the Mandalorians attacked Taris and Onderon, from the moon of Dxun, quickly taking both of those planets from the Republic. Soon after a pair of Jedi named Revan and Malek led a group of renegade Jedi in defense of the Republic. With the Jedi to bolster their ranks the Republic has begun to push the Mandalorians back but this war is far from over...
