let me tell you about good games. Good games are what make you leave your bedroom/living room, and immerse you in their world. You are the character, you feel emotions because of the game and you are immersed.
Which brings me to my question.
DO you feel compassion for enemy NPCs?
Because I certainly do. In Oblivion whenever I kill a bandit or an NPC I instantly feel bad and have to restart from my last checkpoint.
Same goes in Assassin's Creed 2. I only use weapons when they must be used, when I confront guards I normally just use fists, or disarm them and they run away.
Am I weird or does anyone else do this?
