The Wii has good concepts behind the controller, is very easy to play and practically anybody can have fun with it.
The PS3 has very good graphical capabilities, and makes use of a new DVD format.
The Xbox 360 is a good all rounder, which provides everything pretty decently bar the online system.
The PC has better graphics, sound, controls, and generally kicks arse more than everything previously mentioned.
(Disclaimer: I don't hate consoles, but I know they're really cheap PCs designed to run games. Which is good really, lets people avoid the hassle PCs generally come with and gives a consistent gaming experience.)
