A) Being stupid doesn't mean other people have free liscense to violate your rights. You are supposed to respect the rights of everyone, including the stupid. Violating anyone's rights, including stupid people, is wrong.

B) Saying he is stupid might be inaccurate. Some people are geniuses in some areas, dumb in others. Arguing that someone is stupid as long as they aren't bright in one area fails to acknowledge that many people- like autistics- tend to be very, very smart in specific areas.
