'Temperance'. It is old fashioned, but I love it. And my grandfather was named 'Zen'. It is short for something weird.. But still cool.
I think it's about time I told you who I really am... Grandson.

I knew a twelve year old kid in a band named Cain Ocean. Seriously, that was his name. Also, I used to have a friend whose father's name was Kirby. Not that arcane perhaps, but still. Kirby! C'mon!

When Italy was occupied by Napoleon, the French census-takers found that most Italians did not have last names. Because of this, most of the time it would be up to the Frenchman to decide what someone's name was to be. I've met people with the Italian last name equivalents of Sh*thole, Slimebucket, and Name Here. In fact, my favorite name was probably Ilare Nomequizzi, which means "Silly Name Here".

I'm biased... they're my sons' names...

Deacon and Ronin
You named a child Ronin? Could you be any more cool?
Well... His middle name is Valentine... I think that makes it a little better...

That plus I married the woman that suggested the name.

There's a kid at my school named Abikshit. I read a story about a man named Anurag Dikshit. I was watching European Poker Tour this morning and there was guy whose last name was Mycock. I knew a chick with the last name Sackrider...

That's all I got. Coolest name ever is Steve. It's such a pretty name. (Brownie points if you know what that's from!)

Balthazar

Hands down, if I have a boy he's getting this name, even if I have to change it by deed poll when his mother isn't looking

Girl i used to go to primary school with, called Andrena. Named after a mining bee. Words cannot describe how awesome that is.

Also Max Fightmaster.

Sorry, didn't know how to get the umlaut shortcut... Still a cool name though.
