Yes, The Pro was doing his job, but he shouldn't run his mouth like that. No matter how provoked you are, you should brush it off, and not be so damn mouthy about it. Yes, the video is edited, but it shows problems with BOTH sides of the story. One mods things to his own liking to make things one sided, and the other goes about his job in an un-polite way. Both should be talked to, and both should have their rights on Live restricted for a while.

Anyways, it is pretty obvious that the video was edited.

Custom hand built 5 string active bass, full mahogany body (weighs a ton)
And you can play anything on it, it shreds enough to play some Metal on it, and you can get a light "twang" ish sound out of it for funk,
Tt goes from clean to mean and everything in between.

It is apparently a heavily edited video posted on an account on Youtube which brags that it's owner is a member of a glitching clan of some sort.

I've never had any problems with any mods or administrators. It's really funny how not acting like a douchebag can make your life easier. If you don't cheat, mod, scream profanities, or constantly insult/threaten people, you'll be fine.

Honestly, I don't think he's done anything wrong. He suspended a modder/cheater, I'd like to buy him a drink.

Wow, mods actually talk to you live? No wonder there's tension, who knows what he heard... Still, there are people out there who wake up at 6 in the morning and go to work at McDonald's, scraping meat fat off the floor. This guy has a paid job whose main objective is to remain calm, and he should do just that. If he was being abused, he should have apologized to the users for causing them inconvenience, and then disconnected and banned them for breaking the ToS. He is clearly not the right guy for the job.

It's relevant because, MS shouldn't make you pay for online then let mods have the ability to take it away for life. It is a huge scam and is like have someone take your Xbox away.
PS3 doesn't make you pay money for online and will not take your online away.

Why should the company that makes you pay money just to use the system online give others the ability to take it away from you. You also do not receive a refund for the Xbox Live subscription wasted.
