You probably could overwhelm the armed forces, but then you have millions of armed citizens to contest with once you're in.

We have military bases in almost every country in the world, not to mention wepons and experiment stashes.

America only plunges about 15% of its military strenght into Iraq, If ever serving soilder went to Iraq the whole country would be so well policed that terrorists wouldn't be able to make it out of thier houses to meet the resistance

it's possible, but through dominance in market and military, our neighbors are weak, and we have the best defense... a fucking ocean. despite our eastern navy currently occupied in the asia, good luck going through the south, new york, oakland, and washington dc.

Just curious. Is it really worth invading the US? I know the US is wealthiest nation on Earth, but they are just too powerful to invade. It's like an elephant can be a large meal for predators, but since it's too powerful to successfully attack, it's not worth the trouble.

oh and i actually think the only country not in debt is uhh Sweden or Switzerland, one of the countries near the arctic circle

Nothing is Indestructable, and i honestly believe that if the rest of the world wanted to and worked together, yes they could.

However, why would they want to? Considering America is very important to global workings and looking at the current state of the economy, an invasion of America would do more harm then good, for everyone.

M1A2 Is outdated nowadays compared to the newer challenger models the challenger I was a better tank proven in battle tests .
Most of the techs the "yanks" have so do the rest of the NATO forces. Aside from the stunning F-22A Raptor. (last time I checked it was a US only plane.)

Yeah the reason you never hear of it is because we don't start random wars on little country unlike SOME people. And yeah its the biggest military organisation in the world (I'm fully aware America does MOST of the equipment funding and is a part of it but in no way could they defeat the rest of the countries in full scale warfare.

Hold is easy: Put on some propaganda on tv, blame someone else (maybe this time the canadians) for the invasion and everything bad.
When you win enough time the whole population will be obese anyway and those kind of persons are no longer soldier material.

And about the guys who want to fight the invaders: Let them fight policeforce, militarys and mercenarys recruted in the States, payed with money pilaged after the invasion. This will solve many problems at once and be very efficient at breaking the moral of any insurgents.

If all of that dosn't work just show swearing, nacked people on national television and half of the population will die of a heart attack or at least be to outraged to care about a forign gouvernmend ruling the country.
