Realistically: No.

I doubt I could make a game on my own that is nearly as good as some of the development teams that have between 20 and 200 people can. Nobody is THAT good.
I have plenty of ideas but ideas without implementation are as worthwhile as used toilet paper. So I guess, no, I couldn't make better games.
I have some really great ideas for alot of games but I don't know anything about programming or balancing. I do think I would go into the industry as a player investment designer or something along those lines where players progress their characters in interesting ways where it feels like you get rewarded for the right things (not everything because then that becomes grinding in a way). Or I would go into multiplayer with something similar like unlocks.

Think of everyone involved in game development already. All of them have at least a couple of fully fleshed out ideas (and industry vets will have several notebooks worth) for games better than the generic gun porn shooter crap they're currently working, but they're working on it because that's what publishers pay the studio to develope.
If you don't have the cash or a rep that will impress publishers, you're going to have to either go indie or enter the industry and work your way up until you have a chance (and a chance is all it will be) to make your own title.

Game concepts? Yes. Games? Nooooooohohohooooooo. I could probably bullshit my way into a position of power from concept artist and maybe get a game out there that I'd think is pretty good after giving my ideas to the people working on it and seeing what they can do, but actually making the game at this point is beyond me. And I don't see it being any easier in the future.

Nope, I barely even know how to use basic coding programs like Visual Basic. I have taken a class for it in High school and I did learn a good amount, but I don't think it stuck all that well.
I'm certain I could produce a game very very well since I can see in big picture and details.
Sadly, I cannot program, draw, nor write for shit. I have so many ideas that I cannot express adequately.
That's partly why I stick to writing my own tabletop systems as a hobby. I don't need to do any of that.
