"What kind of procedure? Details may tip if I agree or not."

Before the man could give Azkar any details, Richard stepped outside and interrupted them. The tactless way he went about it made the man in white take it as a sign he should be headed off.

"It seems you are needed elsewhere Miss. If you'd like to continue this another time, please fee; free to call me"

The man took out a card with his number on it and left it with Azkar.

"Good day to you ma'am. And I hope the monster that did this is found. A demon that an use human magic is a very dangerous thing to have roaming around" And with another mave goodbye, the man was off heading down the road.

Kain decided to trail him. He wasn't thirsty anymore, (had no will to pay for the wine), and heard that this man knew what happened to her legs, and didn't appear to be DICE. He began to trail him, 4 car lengths behind, stopping every now and again to appear to be window shopping, speeding up, and even passing him if it started to look suspicious.

"Good day to you ma'am. And I hope the monster that did this is found. A demon that an use human magic is a very dangerous thing to have roaming around"

Wait, was he talking about... he had to be. But how? Richard shook his head, and noticed in the process that Kain had followed them out. Since he didn't want to bring that up, he took the wheelchair before Azkar got a chance to react. "Oh, we should get inside, else they'll believe we left," he said and pushed her in. Kain left, but he hadn't ordered anything to eat, so it was okay. Soon after they were at the table, food in front of them. He pretended like nothing had happened, and started eating, though he already knew he had messed up by not being able to wait. Richard sighted, and took more than a sip of the glass of wine in front of him. He then took another one, and got the waiter to bring him a new glass. All the time he was not looking at Azkar, she had to be furious, and not meeting her eyes was something he thought could help him avoid any trouble.

Azkar began on her meal and was smiling, she was very happy. She began cutting her steak and decided to begin conversation with Richard because he seemed troubled. "Kain is trailing that creepy guy now, so I probably won't even need to ring him." She then leaned forward with a malicious smile "If what he says is true, the lieutenant is a demon. I'm not inclined to believe him, but if he is, it means I'm allowed to do whatever I want to him." Azkar sliced into her steak delicately and placed the piece in her mouth with her fork. She was thinking intently as she chewed. When she swallowed it, she added "If I get real problems sorted out, I dare say our return to D.I.C.E HQ may be interesting."

"If I get real problems sorted out, I dare say our return to D.I.C.E. HQ may be interesting."

Azkar wasn't angry, it seemed, he looked at her. She was... happy. Richard smiled, relieved both because that meant he wouldn't get hit, and because he didn't want her to be angry or upset. She had already been electrocuted in front of his eyes and lost her legs, it wasn't fair for anyone to go through more fucked up things. However, it seemed like she still disliked the guy in the white suit. "Yeah, it might be, that guy will get caught." Still, even if only that guy was a demon, what Kain had brought to his attention about DICE got to him. Also, he doubted the "lieutenant" would get killed, a demon using human magic? Straight to the labs. It unnerved him that he was somehow okay with that, just this once.

Richard took another piece of the very rare steak, it was delicious and juicy, and a sip of the second glass of red wine. He had good table-manners, and waited until done chewing before continuing. "So, when are we going to return to DICE? This is urgent news, but there's phones and e-mail, so it's hardly any need for us to go back." It was quite clear by the tone of his voice that he really didn't want to return.

Azkar patted her mouth with a napkin, having already somehow annihilated her dinner without a drop in grace. She took a sip of water and leaned back, twirling the glass around in her right hand. "We'd need evidence anyway. For all we know the guy is lying. How did he even know who wounded me and how? Also, he just happened to be in here? It all seems fairly sussed either way." Azkar took another sip and placed the glass down. "I don't see the point in us rushing back. You don't happen to know how to get Kain's number do you? Maybe we should go find somewhere to stay then contact him. After you're finished of course."

Azkar was starting to come down from her cheeriness a bit. She still couldn't think straight and couldn't remember anything about how she lost her powers or what her life was like before she got turned into a monster. Her intuition leaned her towards not worrying though, so she just shrugged it off.
"Any ideas on the accommodation you want? Mr. Moneybags?" Azkar gave Richard a teasing look. "Where would one of your high caliber wish to retire for the evening?"

"Any ideas on the accommodation you want? Mr. Moneybags?" Azkar gave Richard a teasing look. "Where would one of your high caliber wish to retire for the evening?"

Richard had started hurrying when Azkar was done, and was down to his last mouthful and sip of wine. He wasn't a heavy drinker, but he felt fine. He finished the meal. "I don't have Kain's number," he started of by saying, and reaching over for Kain's glass of wine. Someone had to finish it, and if they were leaving... he took a sip of it, it tasted a bit different, but not bad. And then he took another sip. "Anyway, my suggestion is somewhere close. You can call DICE and ask them for his number, since you have a phone." He took care of the rest of the wine, feeling more than a bit dizzy. He called the waiter over "I'd like to pay now," he said, and soon after the bill was brought, and he tipped enough to leave a round number. It had been a somewhat expensive meal, but not that bad. He then made sure Azkar was ready to leave, and pushed the wheelchair out of the restaurant, greeting the head-waiter pleasantly as they passed him.

"So, a hotel somewhere close..." It had to be one of the better ones, not because he wanted to stay in a really expensive one and get room-service and all that, but because they needed to have an elevator. Luckily, the area around had several hotels, and they entered the one looking the most expensive. Richard noticed the elevator, and went over to the woman behind the desk in the reception. "I'd like to book a room," he said. The woman looked at him, and then over at Azkar, before looking away slightly shaken. The woman managed to smile politely within half a second. "Of course, monsieur, what kind of room?"
"A suite, if it's possible, with three beds," he smiled, sheepishly. The woman pretended to look through a register, but it was obvious that she already knew there were no such room. "Our best suite has two queen-sized beds. We could move another one in tomorrow, if you really need it. I can't help but notice that you are only two people." It was true, they still hadn't managed to contact DICE in order to get Kain's number.

Since Kain weren't there, Richard decided to take the room, and while people working there hurried to help Azkar and lead them to it he said no thank you and entered the elevator, only for there to be someone there. Suddenly, there were people all around him! "What floor, monsieur?" Richard showed the room key, and in an instance they were there. He walked over to the door, a big one at the end of the hall. Using the key, he unlocked it. Considering it had cost quite a while, he had quite the big expectations.

The suite was large and light, with a soft, brown color on the walls and golden colors in the details. There was a dark silk sofa in the middle of the living room, as well as two arm-chairs and a fancy table. A mini fridge and a mini bar was also located in the room. There were two doors, one leading to a nice bathroom with a bathtub, and the other one leading to a room with two big beds, covered in golden sheets and pillows, with a safe one one side and a closet on the other. He had been pushing Azkar around, and she had been trying to get ahold of DICE, but now he placed her in the soft couch and almost fell into it as he was trying to sit down normally. There were something about not drinking too much wine in a short amount of time, but he wasn't sure were he had heard it. Of course, he wasn't drunk, only a bit... tipsy.

"Now, this is one nice place," he smiled, pleased with himself for finding it. "Don't you agree, Azkar? And this couch is so soft," Richard said and laid down, relaxing. "Any luck with DICE yet? Probably not, it's DICE, but still. It'd be good to find out what Kain finds out, and then we'll find out what there is to find out. Or something like that."

Unsearched and unchecked, Eliezer - briefcase in hand, stepped though the portal leading to London into a small alleyway. Unsure of where he actually was and wanting to quickly gather his bearings he peaked out of the alley in search of a street or road sign. He learned that he was in Euston Road, not to far from the underground system if he remembered rightly. Opposite him was a bar, or more likely a pub, this being England, called the 'Magic Circle'. It couldn't have been a coincidence that it was called that, after all he had just come from DICE. Maybe this was where the English employees got their 6 o'clock pint? He should avoid it, but he had to make a phone call. Having no money or anything he could confirm one of his fake identities with, Eliezer would would have to call Him.

He confidently sauntered into the pub, making sure to look like he shouldn't be out of place there. Fortunately, except from a few splutters from the residents slouched over the bar who looked like they permanently glued to the stool, it was empty. The pub had a subdued atmosphere, like time had taken a left turn instead of a right and had gotten lost. He walked over to the bar, avoiding it's residents, and asked if he could use the phone.

The man behind the bar gave a glass it's last few whips to get it clean and set it down behind him. When Elizer asked for the phone, he pointed a door leading to the back.

"Sure thing. It's right back there"

The man in white continued strolling down the sidewalk, seemingly unaware he was being followed. He stopped outside of a few shops just to have a look around, then kept walking another several blocks until he was at a cafe. He took a seat and waited for several minutes.

Soon enough, a blue car pulled up, and a guy wearing a full face gas mask stepped out. He took a seat next to the man in white, and wasted no time getting to business.

"So how goes the 'hunt' you're on"

"Absolutely fantastic. I think I found the perfect woman who may be willing to help us. There may be a problem though"

"Problem? What kind of problem?"

"She happened to be with 'him". The man you told me about"

"Ah...of course," The man in the gas mask leaned back in his seat. "Well that's quite a catch. Who would have thought he'd come here off all place without his protection. This is good. Whatever you do, try to get him into the deal as well. He's a very good man from what I hear"

Sophia walked along, following Isabelle's lead, when she noticed a small white rectangle protruding from one of her jacket pockets. Confused and curious, she pulled it out. The rectangle in question was part of a whole, and that whole was a completely blank white greeting card. Curiosity overcoming her rationality at this point (after testing it for anthrax an anything explosive), Sophia opened it. There was a subtle *click*, and suddenly the card opened up in a melodious song.

...Baby come back
Any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Baby come back
You can blame it all on me...

More than a little disturbed and embarrassed by this event, Sophia slammed the card shut, causing her hands to make a clapping noise that attracted even more awkward stares. Now angry, Sophia ripped off the cover of the card so that she could see the writing without setting off the musical bomb. Visibly seething with rage, she read what was on the card:

I mean every word of it.
Yours truly,
The Man with the Sexy Bowler Hat.

Sophia's breath deepened quite a bit as she looked ready to blow a proverbial gasket. She couldn't help but think about Aaron, about different ways she could humiliate him... make him do a dance in a busy street. Added danger factor. Maybe the Thriller dance, just for added irony.

Just as the all female team were about to set off for Royal Avenue, Isaac approached Vayle, his free hand been given a green light, then proceeded to touch her on the forehead for a few seconds before taking Eligor back from Adriana. Both groups soon went their separate ways, walking it opposite directions. Vayle was confused as to why he did that, although due to the intensity of the light, her vision went slightly green tinted a while before it subsided.

The mood was rather silent as the group got closer towards their destination. A few cars had passed their way, an occasional odd look from time to time, but no one seemed scared by the group. Suddenly the silence was broken as a song started playing.

...Baby come back
Any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Baby come back
You can blame it all on me...

Isabelle turned round, and saw Sophia look slightly embarrassed, but then slammed the card shut, creating a somewhat loud clapping noise that drew odd looks from the others. Sophia then ripped the cover off the card, looking as though she was about to explode.

"What was that all about Sophia?" Isabelle asked.

Eligor felt somewhat at a loss, the other two gentlemen that been on the other mission, but introductions had not been made. Still, at least Walton Street was more specific than just the whole of Westminster. But was it just Walton Street or the little side-streets that snaked along it as well? Nevertheless, it was too late for introductions now, and Eligor began to scan the auras of the area. If Isabelle wanted the Kouza threat nipped in the bid, then this job was best done quickly.

"What was that all about Sophia?"

"No-thinnng," Sophia said through her teeth. "Just... spam. Where's a trashcan?"

She started looking furiously around for one, and upon finding one, she crumpled the card up and slammed it into it. "Let's go. Let's just go. Walking calms me down."

The bartender only looked up once he had finished cleaning the glass he had in his hands, making sure that last few wipes would leave it sparkling. He pointed to the door at a door leading to the back of the pub

"Sure thing. It's right back there"

He then went back to his work, cleaning the rest of the glasses, wiping the top of the bar, making sure the drunks were topped up.

Eliezer quickly entered the small room, it was cramped to say the least. Nothing but the phone perched on a small wooden table with a yellow pages adjacent to it occupied the room. He picked up the phone and hoped he remembered the number correctly, it had to be the right one, after all, the demon he was calling wasn't prone to moving around. He dialled the number and placed the phone in the nook between his neck and shoulder.

"Hello," A woman's voice said over the phone.

"Bel, it's me Eliezer. I need you're help with something" He said quietly, not wanting the barman to hear.

"Well it's about time, how long has it been, 5? 10 years?" The voice had changed to a man's now, "So what do you need my help with? And where have you been all this time?"

"Look, I'd rather talk in person, it's still that place in Chelsea right?"

"Yeah"

"Good, I'll see you in a bit then, I might take a while since I'll have to walk. Bye"

With that he hang up and left the pub, it had taken longer then he'd hoped, but the barman shouldn't have heard anything. So if he was reporting to DICE then he should be in the clear. It would take at least an hour to get to Chelsea from Euston Road, probably longer. Well, on the bright side at least he'd get to stretch his legs.

"Let's go. Let's just go. Walking calms me down."

Adriana look as if she wanted to say something, but Sophia looked for too upset. So she just looked forward and kept walking until she saw anything resembling a demon.

What everyone did see, however, was a young boy standing outside an office building. He was looking up as if something interesting was on the second floor, and as soon as any of them got close, they could see an assortment of picks and cutting tools laying next to the opened front door.
___________________________________________________

Isaac's team began searching the main roads for any sign of a demon. with Eligor guiding them. This eventually lead them to an older looking building with a locked door. Isaac knocked twice.
no answer. He knocked several more times louder. Still no answer.

After 2 minutes of this, he got fed up and cut the door down with the sword, then stepped inside for a peek.

"Jeez it's dark in here..."

Kain was pretending to stare through a window at some suit that looked expensive. The man in white was speaking to someone, as far as he could tell. They weren't exactly quiet, but the cars engine still muffled them. All he could pick up is something about Azkar and a problematic man. Richard and him were the only ones with her. Kain figured he could take the man in white, but Richard was a scientist who didn't appear to be armed.
The thought came that he should warn him, but without contact info, that'd be difficult. Direct confrontation with the men seemed like a bad idea, but he went for it anyways, perhaps he could stop them here?
"Excuse me gentlemen," Kain said casually, picking up a seat and moving it to their table,
"What man are we talking about here? Before any hostile actions, please keep in mind there are witnesses about, and I can take a bullet easily. Tasers are and even worse idea." He smiled affably, but his eyes had a dangerous light to them, one which said 'I had an ace up his sleeve and the will to use it, witnesses be damned.'

"Jeez it's dark in here..."

Garath flung a small glowing orb of light into the room, illuminating the room. He stood outside the house, keeping watch for people that might accuse them of breaking and entering.

"That better?" he asked, silently wondering how Eligor felt about being used to open a door, not a terribly dignified use of a demonic sword, Isaac's foot could have worked just as well, in fact he probably could have just portalled to the other side.

The man in the gas mask tensed up, looking ready to call Kain's bluff. The man in white, however, waved his hand at his friend, causing to keep his seat, but still looked as if he was ready to attack. The man in white spoke first with a smile on his face and the same calm manner he spoke to Azkar with.

"We were just discussing some business we have going on. Before you found yourself so inclined as to cut in that is. So. What exactly is it you hope to gain by coming here?"

"No-thinnng." Sophia said through her teeth, obviously nervous about what was on the card. "Just... spam. Where's a trashcan?"

"Fair enough Sophia, if that is how you want to play it." Isabelle remarked bluntly as the group soon carried on. After a while, the group saw a young boy standing near an office building. He was looking up towards the second floor. But when they got closer though, they saw a series of picks and various cutting tools laying next to an the opened front door. She approached the young child with carefulness.

"What so interesting up there then little one?" Isabelle asked politely as they got closer.

"We were just discussing some business we have going on. Before you found yourself so inclined as to cut in that is. So. What exactly is it you hope to gain by coming here?"
"Peace of mind." Kain sat back in his chair, so long as the man in white kept his calm, words would do,
"You know about my friends injury, which you shouldn't, you think one of our agents is a demon, something civilians shouldn't know exist, and you say there is a problematic man. Also your friend is wearing a gas mask, which has nothing to do with this but is curious enough for me to bring it up." he smiled, keeping his hands under the table, ready to flip it in a fight, if it came to that.
