Disappointed at the lack of crowbar in this episode. Still, water coconut milk splashing everywhere.
Actually you were right the first time, that is coconut water, not milk. Contrary to what just about any movie or TV show involving a tropical island would have you believe Coconut milk does not occur naturally. Instead it is derived from the coconut 'meat' the same stuff you might find dried and grated atop a number of different desserts.
Coconut water however occurs naturally in immature coconuts (coconuts that have not fully developed their endosperm, or 'meat'). Its sweet, though in my experience it smells better than it tastes. It does not taste like 'coconut' as most people are accustomed to.
Also, this is a husked coconut, which is to say it has had its husk, or coir removed. This is for a number of reasons. One being that for the sake of consumption the husk has no use, making it dead weight for transport. Furthermore the coir is made up of a thick layer of fibers that makes it very difficult to get at the edible portions of the coconut.
Also, for the purposes of dropping for slow-motion destruction the coir would ruin everything. From personal experience I can tell you that 10 foot drops do nothing to it, and a crowbar would only turn it into a dangerous projectile.
